- Check, money order, or cashier's check payment confirmations will be emailed upon receipt.

To enter the real estate profession you must obtain a license from the Florida Real Estate Commission. This can be achieved by meeting the following criteria:
- • You must be 18 years of age.
- • You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
- • You must have successfully completed a State required education course. This course may be obtained by applying to the Premier Coast Real Estate School. Upon successful completion of this course, which consists of 63 classroom hours, Premier Coast Real Estate School will provide you with a passing certificate and an application for the State examination. (8 hours absence is permitted-due to student or family illness ONLY).
